VISION
To help tri-state residents realize their highest potential for health and well-being.
MISSION
Our mission is to employ collaborative leadership in issue identification, program development,
outcomes measurement and reporting, with the goal of stimulating meaningful
improvement in the health of the people of Greater Cincinnati.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Create a neutral, objective and supportive environment that allows diverse
stakeholders to participate and build consensus.
Improve efficiency and quality of health care in the region.
Effectively engage consumers in making improved lifestyle and health care
choices.
Transparency and accountability guide all endeavors.
Program outcomes are measurable.
PROGRAM STRATEGIES
All Collaborative programs will:
Derive from local needs with national health policy implications or impact.
Maintain identifiable and ongoing resources to ensure an acceptable return on
investment for the life of the program.
Demonstrate benefit to all stakeholders.
