Indicators of Healthy Communities is a compilation of many different health measures, from environmental indicators to cancer mortality rates, to health behaviors and health services utilization. The Indicators Report will reference data from the Community Health Status Survey, as well as public health statistics. Also, as was included in the 2003 publication, the Indicators Report will feature interpretive summaries by community experts.
The Indicators Report covers a wide geographic area within the Tristate – eight counties in Southwestern Ohio; four in Northern Kentucky; and two in Southeaster Indiana.
Compiled by the Collaborative’s Community Health Assessment Committee, the report serves as yet another means to spur community-wide discussion about community health improvement opportunities.
